How Delivery Works, From Payment to Completed Order
After payment, your order goes to the partner provider that delivers it, and you follow its status in your account. Delivery times depend on the service and the package size and are indicative. Subscribers and likes include a refill period, comments a replacement commitment, and the other services delivery of the quantity ordered.
Indicative delivery times by service
| Service | Smallest package | Largest package |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube Subscribers | 1-12 hours | 10-21 days |
| YouTube Views | 0-6 hours | 21-45 days |
| Watch Hours | 3-7 days | 30-60 days |
| YouTube Likes | 1-6 hours | 2-5 days |
| YouTube Shorts Views | 0-6 hours | 5-14 days |
| YouTube Live Views | 0-10 minutes | 0-15 minutes |
| YouTube Comments | 1-12 hours | 3-7 days |
What happens after you pay
An order isn’t processed until its payment is confirmed: by card, once your bank approves it, after a 3-D Secure check if it asks for one; by cryptocurrency, once NowPayments reports the payment as complete, which can take longer.
Every order then goes through the same steps, which you can follow under My Orders in your account; if you didn’t have one, it was created at checkout with your email address.
- Confirmation: you receive an email with your order number, and the order appears in your account.
- Launch: the order is passed to the partner provider that delivers it. Until delivery begins, each line shows Pending.
- Delivery: the line switches to Delivering and, once the provider reports it, shows the quantity delivered so far.
- Completion: each line shows Delivered, and you receive a second email when the whole order is done.
Spreading a delivery with Drip Feed
Subscribers, likes and views offer a Drip Feed option on the order form. It spreads the delivery over a number of days you choose when ordering, instead of running it in one go.
On subscribers and views, Drip Feed comes with the Pro tier. Likes have a single tier, so the option is open on every package, while watch hours, Shorts views, live viewers and comments don’t offer it.
What you’ll see during delivery
The table at the top of this page gives indicative delivery times for the smallest and largest package of each service. They grow with the quantity and are estimates, not commitments: provider workload and YouTube itself can slow a delivery down.
Counters don’t always move in step with a delivery. YouTube can freeze a video’s view counter for a while and update it later, and it abbreviates the subscriber count on your channel page past 1,000, so check exact figures in YouTube Studio.
Counts can also go down during or after delivery. Some subscribers or likes may drop off, and YouTube can remove or stop counting what it considers artificial; drops within a guarantee period are refilled on request.
For a live stream, the live viewers service targets the number of concurrent viewers shown while you’re on air, which is a different figure from the total views the stream collects.
What can stop or skew a delivery
Delivery goes to the link entered in your order, so check it before you pay. After that, the situations below can stop a delivery, leave it incomplete or make its result impossible to check.
To keep counts easy to read, wait until one order shows Delivered before placing another for the same link.
- The channel or video is made private, unlisted or deleted before delivery is complete.
- A live stream ends, or stops being public, before the viewers join.
- You change your channel’s handle, or delete a video and upload it again, so the link no longer leads to the right place.
- Comments are turned off on the video, as they are on videos set as made for kids, or your settings hold new comments for review.
- The same link is ordered from another service at the same time: the counts mix, and no one can tell which delivery fell short.
Guarantees by service
What an order covers depends on the service. A refill guarantee means that subscribers or likes lost during the guarantee period are delivered again at no extra cost; it can’t stop YouTube from removing them again.
Under our Terms of Service, the guarantee doesn’t apply if you change your channel’s handle or make it private, if YouTube takes action against your channel for breaking its rules, or if you use other services that may conflict with the delivery.
| Service | What’s covered |
|---|---|
| Subscribers, Starter | Lost subscribers refilled for 30 days |
| Subscribers, Pro | Lost subscribers refilled for 60 days, with priority support |
| Likes | Lost likes refilled for 30 days |
| Comments | Replacement of comments that disappear, with no stated time limit |
| Views, Starter and Pro | Delivery of the quantity ordered, with no refill period |
| Shorts views | Delivery of the quantity ordered, with no refill period |
| Live viewers | A stated presence of 30 minutes on a live, public stream, with no refill |
| Watch hours | Full delivery of the hours ordered, with no refill period |
How to request a refill
There’s no refill button in your account: refills are requested from support, through the contact form, the chat on the site or a ticket under Support in your account.
Give your order number, the link you ordered for and the count you see now. If the drop falls within the guarantee period, the missing quantity is delivered again.
What we never ask for
Delivering any of these services only takes a public link, so we never ask for the items below, before, during or after an order.
If someone claiming to be us asks for one of them, don’t share anything and tell us through our contact page.
- Your Google Account or YouTube password
- 2-Step Verification codes, backup codes or sign-in approvals
- Owner or manager access to your channel, or any other channel permission
Frequently asked questions
When does delivery start after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed, the order is passed to the provider, and each line shows Pending until delivery begins. The table at the top of this page gives indicative times by service, which are estimates, not commitments.
Can I change the link after placing an order?
Contact us right away with your order number and the correct link. A link can still be corrected before the order is passed to the provider; once delivery has started, it continues on the link entered at checkout.
Why did my count go up and then down?
Some subscribers or likes can drop off, and YouTube can remove or stop counting what it considers artificial. Drops within 30 days for likes and Starter subscribers, or 60 days for Pro subscribers, are refilled when you contact us with your order number.
Can I spread a large order over several days?
Yes, on subscribers, likes and views, with the Drip Feed option, which spreads delivery over the number of days you choose; on subscribers and views, it comes with the Pro tier. The other services don’t offer Drip Feed.
What does “Partial delivery” mean on my order?
It means the provider stopped before reaching the full quantity on that line. Contact us with your order number so we can look at what’s missing; refund conditions are set out in the “Refund Policy” section of our Terms of Service.
