What you get when you buy YouTube comments

A comment package adds comments under one public YouTube video: the one whose link you send us. The comments are posted by accounts supplied by partner providers, and you don’t choose or control those accounts.

There’s a single tier, called Comments, covering 50 to 1,000 comments from €9.99, with random or custom text.

Don’t expect the accounts behind these comments to reply to you, watch your other videos or subscribe.

Random or custom comments, and their language

Random comments are written in English, and you don’t pick or approve the individual messages before they’re posted.

Custom comments use your own words: the order form has a text box where you type them, one per line, in the language you choose.

Write comments that fit the video: specific, varied and not too long. YouTube says it detects spam “based on the text of a comment, or by the behavior from a particular commenter,” so text that looks like spam can be held for review.

Moderation: why some comments may not appear

YouTube holds some comments automatically, and your own settings can hold others. Held comments stay in YouTube Studio for up to 60 days and aren’t publicly visible unless you approve them.

With comment moderation set to Basic, YouTube holds comments that “may be spam, self-promotion, gibberish, or potentially inappropriate”; Strict holds more, and Hold all holds every comment. Blocked words and links can hold comments too.

Before you order, check that comments are on and open to everyone: paused comments can’t receive new ones, and comments are turned off when a channel or video is set as “made for kids.”

Keep comments in proportion to your channel

Comments should match the attention a video already gets. A video with modest views and a long list of new comments looks odd to anyone who scrolls down.

Start with the smallest package on a video that’s still drawing views, and compare the result with your usual comment activity before ordering more. On a new channel, custom comments written for that video fit better than generic ones.

Delivery times and the comments guarantee

Delivery starts once your payment is confirmed, and the times below are indicative estimates, not commitments.

Our catalog lists the comments guarantee as permanent, with no set end date: if delivered comments disappear, contact us through the contact page or the chat with your order number, and we’ll replace them. Check your held comments in YouTube Studio first, since a held comment is waiting for your approval, not gone.

What YouTube’s policy says about buying comments

YouTube’s fake engagement policy states: “YouTube doesn’t allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics either by using automatic systems or serving up videos to unsuspecting viewers.” Comments are named in that very sentence.

The policy also says that “Page traffic found to be artificial will not be counted on YouTube and can lead to strikes on your account.” A channel that gets three strikes within 90 days may be terminated.

It warns as well: “If you hire someone to promote your channel, their decisions may impact your channel.” In plain terms, buying comments doesn’t guarantee admission to the YouTube Partner Program or any monetization, YouTube can hold, remove or disregard comments it judges artificial, and that decision is YouTube’s alone.

What we never ask for

We only need the link to the video, which has to stay public, with comments open, until delivery is complete. We never ask for the items below.

If someone claiming to be us asks for one of them, it isn’t us. Don’t share anything, and let us know through our contact page.

  • Your Google Account or YouTube password
  • 2-Step Verification codes or backup codes
  • Owner or manager access to your channel, or moderator rights on your comments

When buying comments isn’t a good idea

A comment package fills a comment section; it doesn’t start a conversation. It’s the wrong choice in these cases.

  • You want feedback from your audience: these comments don’t come from your viewers.
  • Comments on the video are off, paused or limited to subscribers and members.
  • The video is private or unlisted, or you plan to remove it.
  • Your channel already has a Community Guidelines warning or strike: artificial engagement can lead to more.

Frequently asked questions

What language are the random comments in?

English. For another language or your own wording, choose custom comments and type your text on the order form, one comment per line.

How long does delivery take?

From 1–12 hours for 50 comments to 3–7 days for 1,000, as indicative estimates. You can follow the order under My Orders in your customer account.

Why can’t I see some of the comments?

Check the held comments in YouTube Studio first: spam filters, your moderation level or blocked words may be holding them. If comments are missing altogether, contact us with your order number.

What happens if comments are deleted?

Contact us through the contact page or the chat with your order number and we’ll replace them, with no set end date. We can’t prevent YouTube from removing comments it judges to be spam.

Can buying comments put my channel at risk?

Yes. YouTube’s fake engagement policy names comments among the metrics that must not be artificially increased, artificial traffic can lead to strikes, and three strikes within 90 days may get a channel terminated. We never ask for your password, but nobody can honestly rule out a penalty.

How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?

By Visa or Mastercard, with 3-D Secure if your bank asks for it, or with crypto through NowPayments, always charged in euros. For an invoice, check “I want an invoice” at checkout; it then stays in your customer account.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

The conditions are in our Terms of Service, under “Right of Withdrawal” and “Refund Policy.” Read them before you order, since processing starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
